Seeing the human behind the user
Before design, I worked as a behavior therapist for autistic students. That background taught me how to listen with empathy, ask better questions, and design with care. It’s where I first learned how small changes can make someone’s day smoother (+ brighter ☀️) and that mindset still guides how I design today.

At Carvana, I worked on a B2B wholesale platform where I redesigned clunky dealer flows into something more usable, especially around bidding and post-sale actions. I’ve learned how to balance business, user, and design needs, and I don’t mind digging through technical edge cases to make sure things work.

I love being in the room where decisions are made. I’ve worked closely with PMs, engineers, designers, and support teams to gather context, test ideas, and build buy-in. I’m the type of designer who’s always thinking one step ahead, but I’m not afraid to revise when the data says otherwise.

I never got full so I can eat six meals a day alternating between beef hot soup from Boiling Point, dinner box from Pizza Hut, shabu from Mokkoji, brekki bowl from BLK Coffee, salami sandwich from Insit, and galbi combo dish with ham & sausage soup from BCD.
